LifeLedgerX and its product family (including eXuberance and PraXis, the “Services”) are provided by the LifeLedgerX team. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Beta status
The Services are currently in Beta. Features, copy, and behavior may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect how your data is used.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you enter into the Services (your logged entries and profile data). We process it on your behalf to deliver the experience you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for the full description.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Services for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other users’ data, or to disrupt the Services for other users.
5. Not medical advice
The Services are wellness software, not medical advice. See the Medical Disclaimer for the full statement. If you have a medical question, consult a qualified clinician.
6. Account closure
You may request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → About → Send feedback in the app. We will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe except where retention is required by law.
